1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Solenya ("Company," "We," or "Us"), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.

2. Access and Service Provision

  • Beta/Free Access: The Solenya console is currently provided to you free of charge for internal business management purposes.
  • Future Charges: We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees or charges for the Service in the future. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any such changes, allowing you to choose whether to continue using the Service.
  • Google Authentication: Access requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Solenya solely for your internal business operations. You must not:

  • Misuse the Service to introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or database.
  • Resell or sub-license the Service to third parties without our permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including code, design, and trademarks) belong to Solenya. You maintain ownership of the data you manage within your dashboard.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Free Service: As the Service is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise is limited to £0.
  • Exclusions: We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.
  • Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
